A CEB Case Study
Campari Group, the sixth-largest global player in premium spirits with brands such as Aperol, Wild Turkey and SKYY Vodka, needed to accelerate people performance as it expanded worldwide. The company’s challenge was to develop best-in-class managers who could drive team performance, support succession planning for key roles, and deliver a consistent “Campari Way” to people management across multiple countries and languages.
CEB implemented a global 360° feedback and development programme for more than 300 managers across 14 countries and eight languages, built around the Campari Way competencies (Envision, Enable, Empower, Energize). The programme combined translated online assessments, managed services, workshops, coaching and country-level reports and workbooks; early results show improved leadership and communication—satisfaction with team leadership rose 5.3% (5.08→5.35) and communication increased 5.1% (4.71→4.95)—helping align managers, strengthen succession planning and drive profitable growth.
