Ekino, FullSIX Group’s technology subsidiary in France, develops and hosts web applications for major multinationals and struggled to deliver fast page loads for large-content sites to users in distant markets (for example, Brazil and Russia). High data volumes and geographically remote origin servers created performance bottlenecks, rising ISP bandwidth costs, and the potential need for costly infrastructure upgrades.

Ekino adopted CDNetworks’ global content-acceleration CDN and self-service configuration tools to optimize delivery and support responsive design. The solution sped up page loads worldwide, enabled custom configurations, and cut origin traffic and costs—slashing transferred data by about 80% and allowing Ekino to handle more than a gigabit of traffic without new infrastructure—resulting in better user experience and significant bandwidth and IT savings.
