Butch Oustalet Ford, a family-owned Ford and Lincoln dealership in Gulfport, Mississippi, engaged CDK Global to transition to the Ford SMARTT program to modernize parts and service operations. The result: after resolving initial bugs with CDK Global’s team, the dealership now runs the SMARTT program seamlessly—processing 100–110 cars per day, tracking lost sales and lost opportunity dollars, and operating at full efficiency with improved accountability.
