CEAT, a major tire manufacturer with a dealer network of more than 3,500, needed a Customer‑Dealer Portal to handle online ordering, order-status inquiries, e‑commerce reporting and efficient dealer communication — all with real‑time, seamless integration to SAP ERP and SAP HANA, a user‑friendly GUI and easy administration. The core challenge was finding a single, cost‑effective solution that could integrate in real time with their SAP environment.

CEAT implemented CDI’s ERP2Web, leveraging its real‑time SAP and SAP HANA integration; the web store went live in 2011 with no changes to SAP and was delivered on time and on budget. Results exceeded expectations: a 20% revenue increase without adding sales staff, a 36% gain in CSR productivity, improved dealer loyalty, error‑free orders, lower transaction costs, faster information delivery, better product delivery and improved inventory management.
