Sodexo, a global food services and facilities management company with 420,000 employees across 80 countries, reorganized by market segment in 2015, creating major changes to financial reporting. In 2017 the company launched a project to simplify and speed up budgeting and planning, improve stakeholder collaboration, and enable faster, better decision-making.
Sodexo selected CCH Tagetik for its modeling, reporting capabilities, flexibility, ease of use and competitive cost, with implementation supported by consulting partner Nell’Armonia. The two‑phase rollout delivered a forecast in March 2018 and the budget in May 2018, included skills transfer so Sodexo now administers the system, and met deadlines — resulting in greater agility, smoother processes and strong user adoption.
