MTH Group is a leading Nordic construction and civil engineering company (≈4,100 employees) that struggled with fragmented source systems and an Excel‑based planning process. The business intelligence team needed long‑range and rolling forecasting, detailed project modelling and simulations, better integration and a single set of numbers — all in a solution that was easy to use, maintain and adapt without heavy customization.

MTH Group implemented CCH Tagetik for financial modelling, forecasting and planning, piloting the rollout with subsidiary Lindpro and building in‑house competency to scale across the group while adding consolidation capabilities.
