Losch Services S.à r.l. (Losch Luxembourg) is a family-owned automotive distributor and retailer (≈900 employees, ~€600M revenue in 2017) representing brands like Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche and Lamborghini across imports, nine dealerships and services. In 2016 the board set out to modernize finance: eliminate spreadsheet-driven consolidation and reporting, improve statutory compliance, speed up reporting and cash-flow planning, and enable long-range planning, budgeting and rolling forecasts.

Working with Keyrus, Losch implemented CCH Tagetik in a phased rollout (kickoff Dec 2016; consolidation live April 2017; full go-live June 2017). The unified CPM solution automated data collection and consolidation, introduced cross-company reporting, what-if analysis and weekly cash-flow proposals, and freed the finance team for analysis—yielding a 40% reduction in data-collection time, faster root-cause analysis, better benchmarking and improved cash optimization.
