Preview of the KPMG Case Study

KPMG - Customer Case Study

KPMG in Greece, a member firm of the global KPMG network offering audit, tax and advisory services, faced fragmented budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes spread across core systems and Excel. They needed a holistic, driver-based solution to support budgets, rolling forecasts, statutory (local GAAP) and IFRS reporting, profitability analysis and improved project-level data collection and resource planning to increase accountability and align financials with strategic targets.

KPMG implemented Tagetik across four legal entities, automating data imports from the Practice Management System, GL and HRMS and bringing 100 users and over 5,000 annual projects into a single process. The solution delivers driver-driven budgets, rolling forecasts, consolidated statutory and management reporting, and detailed profitability analytics; as a result financials and KPIs are produced by the 3rd working day each month, decision-making and capacity planning improved, and accountability, accuracy and alignment with strategy were significantly enhanced.
