ILEOS Group, a European packaging specialist made up of four companies with 26 branches and 16 production sites, faced fragmented consolidation and reporting across disparate systems. That landscape produced errors, long delays and heavy manual work, so the finance team sought a single, web‑based, multilingual solution to replace aging tools, eliminate duplicate entries and rebuild their existing reporting structure before adding new capabilities.

In summer 2009 ILEOS deployed Tagetik, testing it in parallel with legacy systems and completing year‑end close after auditor validation. The web rollout across Europe, the US and China eliminated double entries, sped up closes, improved data reliability and budgeting accuracy, and freed finance staff to focus on analysis and management reporting rather than reconciliations and formatting.
