Fugro, the world’s leading Geo‑data specialist with ~9,500 employees in 61 countries, sought to replace expiring Oracle Hyperion Financial Management with a modern CPM solution to support IFRS-based consolidation and reporting for actuals, budgets and forecasts across more than 300 legal entities. Key pain points included a centralized intercompany reconciliation process, partially manual equity pick‑up, an Excel‑based consolidated cash flow, a complex DSO calculation and a mixed entity dimension that hindered efficient reporting.

Satriun implemented CCH® Tagetik on SAP HANA (cloud), delivering a single‑source financial data model that integrates income statement, balance sheet and cash flow for both group and local reporting, migrated ETL routines, and integrated IFRS16 lease accounting. The project automated equity pick‑up and consolidation processes, delegated intercompany matching, enabled phased submissions and cost allocations, trained 200+ users, reduced Excel dependency and produced faster, more accurate monthly consolidations with centralized reporting and streamlined end‑to‑end processes.
