Dyckerhoff AG, a Buzzi Unicem building‑materials group with almost 150 years of history, faced fragmented monthly, quarterly and annual reporting across multiple systems for some 80 consolidated entities and roughly 10,000 accounts. The finance and controlling teams needed a single, user‑friendly platform to support complex consolidation scenarios, standardized master data, and more flexible reporting and planning.

Dyckerhoff implemented Tagetik (with pmOne support) as a central database and unified platform, migrating consolidation rules, master data and reports and rolling the system out across countries. The result: eliminated transfer delays, streamlined architecture and lower maintenance, decentralized intercompany reconciliations, stronger ad‑hoc analytics and Excel‑style reporting, and faster, more flexible financial reporting and collaboration.
