CompuGroup Medical is a leading global eHealth provider with over €550m in revenue and 400,000 customers across 40+ countries. The finance organization relied heavily on Excel and disparate systems, importing data from nine upstream sources, which made planning, consolidation and risk reporting slow, error-prone and threatened by a stalled ERP project. The company needed a rapid move to a centralized, standardised control and reporting platform for consolidation, planning, enterprise risk management and disclosure management.

After proof-of-concept testing, CompuGroup implemented CCH Tagetik with implementation partners to create a single financial repository that automatically imports and reconciles data from SAP, Navision, Sage, Jira and other systems. The platform now supports consolidation, planning, ERM and future CDM, serves about 260 users, automates intercompany reconciliation and currency conversion, and has largely eliminated manual table work—delivering significant time savings, standardised data capture and clearer management reporting.
