APCOA Parking Holdings GmbH, Europe’s leading parking manager with around 1.4 million parking spaces, 5,000 employees and ~€1bn turnover, faced a critical IT challenge: its legacy planning and consolidation system had become slow, unstable and unmaintained. The decentralized group of 13 national subsidiaries uses diverse ERPs, so the holding needed an ERP‑independent, flexible solution that could accept simple data uploads from subsidiaries and support monthly, annual and budgetary reporting without frequent provider intervention.

APCOA implemented CCH Tagetik for consolidation, budgeting and planning, building a CSV upload interface and integrating it with their MDM for automated data delivery and cost‑centre maintenance. The result was dramatically higher performance (data rebuilds now take minutes instead of hours), greater stability, and a high degree of user self‑service for adjustments—reducing manual effort and enabling faster, more reliable reporting and planning across the group.
