Element, a leading global fleet management company, faced challenges due to its legacy IBM Mainframe systems, which incurred high costs and hindered integration with modern platforms. They partnered with CCA Software and its US partner, Treehouse software, to implement a solution using the RDRS (tcVISION) product to overcome these obstacles.

CCA Software's solution involved a phased implementation of RDRS to enable real-time, bi-directional data synchronization from the mainframe to a modern PostgreSQL database. This allowed Element to modernize its applications without disrupting legacy operations.
