CBOT built, trained, and integrated a multilingual AI-based virtual assistant for KEDS. The solution automated responses to common inquiries, such as outage information and account details, which improved customer experience with 24/7 availability and allowed KEDS to better manage costs and human resources. The assistant achieved high accuracy and coverage rates and is available on two company websites.
