MediaMarktSaturn, Europe’s leading consumer electronics retailer, wanted to deliver a consistently great shopping experience across its large store network while improving in-store sales performance. To do that, it turned to CB4 and its AI-powered retail solution to identify where individual stores were underselling specific SKUs and where quick operational fixes could make the biggest difference.

CB4’s platform alerted store managers to high-potential sales opportunities, such as misplaced inventory, out-of-stocks, and pricing or shelf-label issues, and learned from their responses to improve future recommendations. The impact was strong: stores received about 15 opportunities per week, spent only around half an hour on CB4, and responded to 94% of alerts. After a successful pilot in 67 stores, the rollout expanded to more than 700 stores across six countries, helping improve sales and category management performance.
