Al Futtaim Group, the UAE conglomerate with more than 20,000 employees across 65 entities in 12 countries, faced major recruitment inefficiencies, including competing business units, inconsistent hiring standards, poor visibility into agency spend, and no effective direct hiring model. To address these challenges, Al Futtaim worked with Cazar, using the Sniperhire e-recruitment platform.
Cazar implemented Sniperhire, a dedicated careers portal, system integrations, job board connectivity, and user training in just four months. The results were significant: Al Futtaim received 50,000 applications in the first four months, automatically screened 80–90% of unfit applicants, reduced average time-to-hire to 40 days, and cut agency, travel, and other recruitment costs to about 6% of previous levels.
