National Chengchi University (NCCU) sought to modernize its Academia Excellentiae facility to improve classroom wayfinding and scheduling for EMBA/IMBA students and visitors. CAYIN Technology delivered a digital signage solution that included SMP Player x8 along with wayfinderPost, meetingPost and xPost meeting-room management software, integrated with NCCU’s existing online booking system.

CAYIN Technology installed dual‑output SMP players driving a 42” reception display and 22” classroom entrance screens, all connected via Wi‑Fi to a central booking database so schedules update automatically. The wayfinderPost and meetingPost setup synced classroom locations, speaker and timetable information across the campus, eliminating manual updates, reducing the time students and teachers spent locating classes, and prompting the addition of two more digital bulletin boards to expand campus communications.
