Taipei World Trade Center - Customer Case Study

Taipei World Trade Center Nangang Exhibition Hall, part of the Taipei World Trade Center and Taiwan’s largest trade‑show venue, needed a modern, scalable public information system to support entrances, meeting rooms and main passageways for large events like COMPUTEX. CAYIN Technology was brought in to provide a digital signage solution—deploying SMP-WEBPLUS and SMP-WEBDU media players along with CMS-PERFORMANCE, SuperMonitor, SuperReporter and xPost—to deliver flexible multimedia displays and live-broadcast capability.

CAYIN Technology implemented more than 50 LCD screens (32"–65"), 36 signage players (27 SMP-WEBPLUS, 9 SMP-WEBDU), a central CMS-PERFORMANCE server, monitoring/reporting tools and xPost meeting-room scheduling. The system enables multi-screen video walls, centralized content management and live event broadcasting; since completion in June 2009 TWTC Nangang has hosted 20+ international exhibitions with improved operational efficiency, remote management and easier content scheduling for organizers.
