Stamford Endowed Schools - Customer Case Study

Stamford Endowed Schools in the UK needed to improve communications with pupils, staff and parents across its campuses. They selected CAYIN Technology digital signage—installing SMP-PRO2 (x2), SMP-PRO3 (x7) media players and a CMS-MINI server—to trial and then roll out signage across the Girls’ High, Boys’ School (including the 6th form) and Junior School.

CAYIN Technology, via its UK distributor AVM, deployed screens in reception, corridors and canteens and configured school-level and campus-wide channels. The nine-player system with CMS-MINI now delivers daily notices, lost-and-found and urgent summonses, event photos, travel alerts and RSS/BBC feeds; the staged two-year rollout produced reliable, faster internal communication (“word quickly reaches the students”) and ongoing support from CAYIN Technology.
