Raising Customer Satisfaction and Brand Awareness through Digital Signage

Hyundai Motor, through its Taiwan operation, set out in 2015 to reinvent brand awareness and improve service quality across over 50 dealerships and service locations by upgrading showrooms and integrating digital customer experiences. To meet this challenge it partnered with CAYIN Technology, deploying CAYIN’s SMP Players (appliance-based digital signage) to bring service updates and promotional content into customer waiting areas.

CAYIN Technology implemented SMP Players in key Hyundai service centers, integrating each display with a centralized service-status system via HTML and enabling remote monitoring and instant content updates from Hyundai Taiwan headquarters. The solution displays vehicle maintenance progress and estimated completion times alongside branded video and image zones, improving customer experience and brand visibility while significantly reducing the time and resources needed to deliver and update messaging.
