New Concept for School of Medicine in a Digital Age

Mahidol University, a top-ranked medical and research university in Bangkok, needed a modern way to enable efficient two-way communication and transform traditional learning in its medical center. To build a digital information network and support interactive multimedia education, Mahidol adopted CAYIN Technology digital signage solutions, deploying ten SMP-WEB4 web-based players and one CMS-20 content management server.

CAYIN Technology implemented the networked signage across the medical center—placing dynamic displays at entrances, elevators, conference rooms and labs—to deliver centrally scheduled, real-time messages to students, faculty and visitors. The solution replaced paper bulletin boards, improved cross-department collaboration, supported a paperless approach and better energy efficiency, and reduced message-delivery costs through remote management, all powered by CAYIN Technology’s SMP-WEB4 players and CMS-20 server.
