A CAYIN Technology Case Study
National Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, a major museum and multifunctional center in Taipei, partnered with CAYIN Technology to modernize visitor communications by replacing most traditional bulletin boards. The Hall’s goals were to deliver event and wayfinding information faster and more accurately, improve visitor service efficiency, and cut personnel time and costs for updating displays; CAYIN proposed its SMP-WEB series (SMP-WEBPLUS, SMP-WEBPLUS-T) and a CMS-Mini Server.
CAYIN Technology deployed 11 SMP-WEB media players (SMP-WEBPLUS & SMP-WEBPLUS-T) with 42‑inch LCDs, including a touch-enabled SMP-WEBPLUS-T in the lobby for interactive wayfinding, plus one CMS-Mini for centralized scheduling and SuperMonitor/SuperReporter for live monitoring and reporting; xPost was used to present rich multimedia content. The solution enabled synchronized, real-time updates across displays, faster and more accurate visitor communications, replacement of physical billboards, and measurable operational improvements (11 players and one CMS-Mini), resulting in lower personnel costs and easier maintenance.
