The Ministry of Public Health (Department of Mental Health) in Thailand needed a modern, cost‑effective way to convey meeting and conference information across its four convention rooms, replace traditional bulletin postings, and support e‑government services. Working with integrator DMaSStech, the department adopted CAYIN Technology’s digital signage solution, deploying SMP-WEB3 and SMP-WEBPLUS players (SMP-WEB3 x3, SMP-WEBPLUS x2) to meet these needs.

CAYIN Technology installed web‑based SMP‑WEBPLUS and SMP‑WEB3 players inside and outside each conference room to display schedules, welcome messages and real‑time AV content, with remote content management for administrators. The rollout saved time, increased operational efficiency, reduced printing costs of traditional posters, improved visitor convenience and the department’s public image, and served as a first phase toward broader e‑Government implementation.
