Medicana International Hospital - Customer Case Study

Medicana International Hospital, part of the Medicana Hospitals Group in Turkey, needed a way to improve communication with patients in waiting areas and to reinforce its brand as a technology-forward provider. They engaged CAYIN Technology to deploy a digital signage solution featuring six SMP-PRO3 zone players and one CMS-MINI content management server to drive multimedia across the facility.

CAYIN Technology installed 18 LCD displays (32"–46") across waiting rooms, using the 6 SMP-PRO3 units for AV-in/video playback (including 10-minute live CNN Turk news and doctor interviews) and the CMS-MINI for centralized scheduling and synchronized updates. The system increased patient engagement, made information delivery more efficient, comforted anxious visitors, and boosted Medicana International Hospital’s reputation as an advanced-technology adopter.
