McDonald's, the global fast-food leader with nearly 500 outlets in the Philippines, needed more engaging, easily updated menu boards for two high-traffic branches to reduce manual labor and better showcase menu items and promotions. To modernize its in-restaurant communication, McDonald's partnered with CAYIN Technology to implement digital signage using CAYIN’s SMP series (including SMP-NEO and SMP-6000/SMP-8000 players) and Professional LFD displays.

CAYIN Technology, working with local integrator MEDIACAST, deployed 1x4 video wall configurations and automated scheduling so menus, prices and promotions can be updated remotely with a click. The solution eliminated manual board swaps between breakfast and lunch, made promotional content more eye-catching and easier to maintain, and has delivered satisfying results at the two flagship branches while serving as a model for broader franchise adoption.
