Innisfree Brings a Whole New In-Store Experience with Digital Technology

Innisfree, the South Korean natural cosmetics brand with more than 900 stores, entered the Taiwanese market aiming to create an eco-friendly, immersive retail concept that would help it stand out in a crowded cosmetics landscape. To deliver a seamless, nature-inspired in-store experience, Innisfree worked with CAYIN Technology and adopted the SMP-WEBDUO web-based digital signage player.

CAYIN Technology implemented a 2×3 video wall composed of six 46-inch, 500‑nit displays driven by SMP-WEBDUO, blending dynamic natural content with the store’s Jeju-themed décor to engage customers across multiple senses. The deployment strengthened Innisfree’s brand presentation, generated an enthusiastic local response, improved in-store engagement, and provided remote management and performance-analysis capabilities for ongoing optimization — benefits enabled by CAYIN Technology’s signage solution.
