Nu Skin, the Utah-founded personal care company, faced heavy visitor traffic at its Bangkok headquarters and an unsatisfying integrated queuing/digital signage setup. Seeking a simple, flexible solution that could adapt to a third‑party queuing system and match its modern experience-center design, Nu Skin selected CAYIN Technology’s digital signage solution, deploying four SMP Players and one CMS Server via integrator DMaSSTech.
CAYIN Technology implemented HTML-based queuing data transfer to the SMP players with customized designs that blend videos, images and announcements, and installed a CMS server to control and sync content. The CAYIN Technology deployment kept customers informed and entertained, let visitors monitor queue progress without leaving their seats, significantly reduced perceived waiting time, ensured stable playback quality, and cut labor and time costs for message delivery.
