GNC Has Successfully Established Dynamic Digital Stores in Taiwan

General Nutrition Corporation (GNC), a global health and nutrition retailer, sought to modernize its Taiwan stores with dynamic, centrally managed digital signage to strengthen its brand, improve message delivery, and boost in-store product promotion. To meet this challenge, GNC engaged CAYIN Technology and selected CAYIN’s SMP-WEB4 digital signage solution (26 players) for rollout across its Taiwan locations.

CAYIN Technology deployed SMP-WEB4 players with 42-inch, 700-nit shop-front displays and enabled central scheduling and multi‑media playback, allowing targeted content by location. By September 2013 CAYIN had installed the solution in more than 30 GNC stores across Taiwan, delivering clearer brand messaging, enhanced customer education, improved shopping experience, and measurable expansion of digital store presence.
