Highlight Tech Corp, a Taiwan-based vacuum technology manufacturer founded in 1997, needed a reliable, scalable way to synchronize internal communications across plants in Tainan, Hsinchu and Shanghai despite distance and restricted, unstable network conditions in mainland China. They selected CAYIN Technology’s digital signage solution—deploying SMP-WEB4 media players, a CMS-40 content server and xPost software—to deliver multi-language, real-time messages such as production updates, meeting schedules and emergency alerts.

CAYIN Technology implemented nine SMP-WEB4 players (four in Tainan, one in Hsinchu, four in Shanghai), a CMS-40 at Tainan HQ and xPost for remote meeting management, enabling zone-based content control and centralized scheduling. The rollout made communications across the Taiwan Straits timely, accessible and highly efficient, reduced administrative costs, strengthened employee training and corporate culture, and provided stable, centrally managed cross-border messaging via CAYIN Technology’s platform.
