Muñoz Corporativo, one of Mexico’s largest call center companies with more than 20 years’ experience and over 900 positions across four call center floors, needed a reliable, robust, and easy-to-update system for 24/7 internal communication to distribute campaign-specific information (surveys, metrics, strategies) across branches. CAYIN Technology answered this need with a digital signage deployment consisting of 101 SMP-WEB4 web-based players and one CMS-80 content management server.

CAYIN Technology (in cooperation with Difraxion Group) installed 101 SMP-WEB4 players and displays and centralized control via the CMS-80, enabling administrators to schedule and push targeted content instantly to each branch. The solution delivered timely, highly efficient communication with lower labor cost and full coverage of Muñoz’s four floors and 900+ positions, supporting web graphics, live video, instant feedback, executive announcements and emergency notifications.
