CKS Memorial Hall Museum is Heading toward the Modern Digital Era

Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, a landmark museum in central Taipei with a gift shop visited by more than six million tourists annually, aimed to modernize its retail space by replacing static posters and signs with interactive, dynamic digital displays to improve promotion and reduce print waste. CAYIN Technology was engaged to provide a digital signage solution, including the SMP-200 player, to bring the gift shop into the modern digital era.

CAYIN Technology deployed the SMP-200 zone-type digital signage player paired with a 55-inch high-brightness display (installed with Vcheng Technology), replacing traditional storefront signs with multimedia content. The SMP-200 consumes under 6W, weighs 655 g, is easy to install, and supports USB/SD updates offline—delivering eye-catching, real-time content updates, lower printing costs and environmental impact, and enhanced marketing capabilities for the gift shop that serves over six million visitors a year.
