Hotel Novotel in France, part of the international 412‑hotel Novotel chain, faced the need to refresh its corporate image, fend off intense competition, meet high IT expectations from business travelers, and provide a platform for more efficient communication with employees and customers. To address these challenges, CAYIN Technology’s SMP‑WEB digital signage solution (installed via local integrator CPI) was selected for deployment.

CAYIN Technology implemented 16 SMP‑WEB units and one content server driving two 37" LCD displays at reception and 14 totem displays outside conference rooms. The system delivers conference schedules and occupancy, corporate messaging, tariffs, live currencies, news, promotions and personalized greetings, while allowing remote content management. CAYIN Technology’s solution gave the hotel a dynamic new image, streamlined information updates for staff, and is expected to attract more customers and increase sales revenue.
