CAYIN Digital Signage Solutions Bring Brands and Products to Life in Amway Customer Experience Center

Amway built a 9,000 m² Experience Center in Thailand to showcase its brands and train members, and needed interactive, reliable digital signage for touch-guided tours, rich multimedia playback and live AV feeds while remaining energy-efficient. To meet this challenge Amway worked with system integrator DMaSSTech and deployed CAYIN Technology digital signage solutions, including SMP‑WEB4 and SMP‑200 players alongside Samsung LCD screens.

DMaSSTech implemented CAYIN Technology’s suite—13 SMP‑WEB4 web players, 20 SMP‑200 zone players and 33 Samsung displays—delivering tailored multimedia, touch interaction, real‑time video capability and low‑power operation (SMP‑200 consumes ~50–100× less power than a desktop PC). The CAYIN solution sped time‑to‑market, increased member participation and brand engagement at the Amway Experience Center, and supports scalable live events and easy remote management.
