CAYIN Digital Signage Solution First Time in Novotel Egypt

Hotel Novotel (Novotel Cairo 6th of October), a 4-star Accor business hotel with extensive conference facilities, needed a way to publish frequently updated conference and meeting information immediately, remotely and with a more contemporary look. CAYIN Technology (delivered through partner INTERACT Computer Stores) was chosen to provide a digital signage solution using CAYIN SMP-PRO3 media players and the Skin Editor template tool.

CAYIN Technology’s SMP-PRO3 players were installed in the lobby and outside four meeting rooms, delivering streaming/stored video, image slideshows and drag‑and‑drop template editing, all manageable remotely over the hotel’s network. The rollout—CAYIN’s first in Egypt—enabled instant multimedia conference displays, simplified and sped up content updates (reducing staff effort), and enhanced the hotel’s contemporary image and attendee satisfaction.
