CAYIN Digital Signage Seizes Attention at 2010 OEC Taipei

2010 OEC Taipei Ladies Open, Taiwan’s biggest tennis event held at Taipei Arena, needed a way to broadcast up‑to‑the‑minute match information, live scores, schedules, announcements and sponsor promotions to spectators on two 300” LED screens. The organizer engaged CAYIN Technology and deployed two SMP‑WEB4 web‑based digital signage players to deliver timely, accurate content across the arena.

CAYIN Technology integrated its SMP‑WEB4 players with Heimavista’s cloud‑based sports game system so referees could enter scores via PDA that were pushed to the web server and instantly displayed on each LED screen. Authorized staff controlled playback and switched templates in real time to show live scores, final results, sponsor promotions and announcements—reducing paper use and greatly improving the speed and reliability of information delivery to onsite spectators.
