CAYIN Digital Signage Facilitate Meeting Management for New SABIC Academy in Riyadh

Sabic Academy, the new 11,000 m² learning center in Riyadh, needed a modern, speedy information channel to replace bulletin boards and efficiently manage schedules across 30 meeting rooms, an auditorium and public spaces. To address this, CAYIN Technology was chosen to provide a digital signage and meeting-room management solution including SMP-WEB4 players, CMS-PERFORMANCE, SuperMonitor 3, and xPost (meetingPost and lobbyPost) running on 38 LCD screens.

CAYIN Technology’s deployment—one SMP-WEB4 per screen with meetingPost for room booking and lobbyPost for public announcements—centralized scheduling and automated displays outside each of the 30 rooms, enabled one-click remote updates, and delivered dynamic lobby and auditorium content on multiple 51” screens. The result is real-time, campus-wide information (38 screens total) that streamlines room management, improves wayfinding for trainees, and replaces manual bulletin updates with instant, centrally managed digital signage.
