Boosts Liquor Sales for CSN Wine & Spirits

CSN Wine & Spirits, a long-established Calgary liquor retailer with over 8,000 sq ft and 3,500+ SKUs, struggled with the limits of printed flyers and posters for in-store promotion and wanted to modernize customer communications. They partnered with CAYIN Technology (implementation by DeltaTech) to deploy a digital signage solution using CAYIN’s SMP-WEBDUO media player and six 40”/55” LCD displays.

CAYIN Technology’s system—one SMP-WEBDUO controlling six displays placed throughout the store—lets CSN broadcast cloned or split content groups, update promotions in real time, and showcase more offers, events and new brands. The digital rollout reduced printing costs, increased promotional visibility, modernized the retail experience, and boosted liquor sales while making content management faster and more flexible.
