ExpressPoint, a supplier of supply chain services to the IT industry, faced a challenge after acquiring TKO Electronics. They needed a single distribution management system to unify their legacy repair business with the new sales business from the acquisition. To solve this, ExpressPoint organized a selection team to evaluate several systems, including the Cavallo SalesPad implementation used by TKO.

After an extensive search, ExpressPoint selected Cavallo SalesPad for its combination of customer relationship and logistics management, as well as Cavallo's commitment to customization. The implementation across both businesses and the finance department took about two years, including during the COVID-19 pandemic. ExpressPoint was very happy with the process and the results, noting that even employees who were used to other systems ultimately picked SalesPad as the best solution.
