With growing excitement around Max Verstappen, the return of F1 to Zandvoort, and the launch of the 2021 season, VodafoneZiggo wanted to reach F1 fans in an engaging way that highlighted its unique position as the country’s only Formula 1 broadcaster.
Cavai created conversational ads using its Chat Bubble format, with two three-question experiences: a quiz and a season predictor. The campaign drove 10,810 people to interact, delivered 32,343 total interactions, and achieved an average dwell time of 56 seconds. Contextual placements performed especially well, producing traffic up to 5 times more likely to visit landing-page content and a 30% lower bounce rate than audience-targeted traffic.
