S-Pankki wanted to raise awareness for its S-loan product and generate high-quality leads by reaching people browsing Tori.fi, where many consumers were already in a buying mindset. The bank worked with Cavai to find a more engaging alternative to traditional banner ads that could explain the loan’s criteria and benefits clearly.

Cavai and Schibsted enabled a conversational Chat Bubble ad on Tori.fi that guided users through S-loan eligibility and the simple application process. The campaign delivered a 2.01% engagement rate, 6,736 click-throughs to the landing page, 472 people saying they needed a loan, and 73 applications for loans over €30,000, while 267 users requested more information even without an immediate need.
