Sunderland City Council chooses Causeway Flow drainage design software

Sunderland City Council required a new drainage design software solution as their existing legacy platform was outdated and no longer met their needs. The council, which handles a significant amount of drainage design work and also acts as an approving body, sought an effective and powerful tool. They were introduced to Causeway Technologies and their product, Causeway Flow, through an initiative to support local authorities.

Causeway Technologies implemented its Causeway Flow software, a powerful end-to-end hydraulic modelling solution for drainage analysis and design. The solution supports Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) and offers flexible cloud licensing for easy access and offline working. The Causeway team worked closely with the council to migrate designs and provide training. As a result, Sunderland City Council purchased three licences, enabling them to effectively design and approve drainage schemes with a modernized tool from Causeway.
