Flatley Construction, a UK-based heavy civils and groundworks contractor, was using a labour management system not designed for construction, which limited its capabilities. The solution involved implementing CausewayOne Attendance biometric tablets at each of their 14 sites. These tablets, which feature fingerprint sensors, are linked to a central cloud-based platform.
