World Help is a faith-based humanitarian organization that responds to physical and spiritual needs in impoverished communities worldwide. In 2011, amid the worst drought in the Horn of Africa since the 1950s that left an estimated 12 million people at risk, World Help launched the Crisis in the Horn campaign to raise $120,000 to send 20 containers (4.8 million meals); the effort mobilized over 160 volunteers and nearly 1,000 donors.

Using CauseVox, World Help created a branded fundraising site with a custom domain and donation tiers that let supporters give by meal impact. The campaign raised more than $180,000—surpassing its goal—and funded multiple 40-foot container shipments (each $6,000 per container, supplying 240,000 meals), delivering life-saving food to those affected.
