Give Local, a nonprofit fundraising campaign led by Spur Local, needed a more tailored and user-friendly giving day experience to engage donors and support participating organizations. They chose CauseVox Bespoke to create a customized campaign platform that could better fit the needs of small nonprofits and a fast-moving GivingTuesday event.
CauseVox implemented a custom fundraising site with features like a donation cart, searchable organization pages, leaderboards, power hours, countdown timers, and multiple payment options, including Venmo and mobile wallets. The result was Spur Local’s most successful giving day ever, raising $1,039,078 across 5,347 donations and increasing donor count by 10% year over year, even as GivingTuesday overall saw a decline.
