Multiple Myeloma Opportunities for Research and Education - Customer Case Study

MMORE (Multiple Myeloma Opportunities for Research & Education) supports research to improve treatments and ultimately cure multiple myeloma, having raised more than $2.4 million since 2008. In 2015 survivor Sarah Kauffman-Fink launched the #endmyeloma campaign to move a research study to the clinic, but MMORE—accustomed to event-based fundraising—needed new tools to reach and clearly communicate with donors unfamiliar with the disease.

MMORE turned to CauseVox for its easy-to-use platform, educational resources, and peer-to-peer features that let supporters create personal pages and share the campaign. Using CauseVox’s guidance and tools, 14 participants in the #endmyeloma campaign raised over $80,000 to support clinical research.
