Center for Community Solutions, a nonprofit in San Diego serving survivors of intimate partner violence, sexual assault, and stalking, needed a better way to raise funds with a small team, limited budget, and restricted storytelling options. The organization turned to CauseVox and its customizable online fundraising platform to launch and manage its #GivingTuesday campaign.
With CauseVox, Center for Community Solutions used templates, support, and social sharing tools to prepare an early, multi-channel campaign that included email outreach, board engagement, and a matching gift. The result was a major fundraising win: the nonprofit raised $26,190 in 24 hours, including a $10,000 last-minute gift, far surpassing its $10,000 goal.
