Fiver Children’s Foundation is a New York–based nonprofit that makes a 10‑year commitment to children from underserved communities through year‑round programs and summer camp. Facing the disruption of in‑person fundraising during COVID, Fiver needed to pivot its #GivingTuesday and year‑end fundraising to a digital strategy, recruit and equip peer fundraisers early, and find a way to maintain momentum beyond a single day.
