The Carlisle Family YMCA is an independent, community-focused Y whose mission is healthy living, youth development, and social responsibility. Each year it runs an annual campaign to fund scholarships for swimming lessons, summer camp, and reduced-rate memberships; after giving $300,000 in scholarships overall, the Y raised its campaign target from $90,000 to $100,000 to increase community awareness and engage millennials, but needed a new online approach to reach those goals.

They launched CauseVox as their first online fundraising component, organizing board members and volunteer team captains into individual fundraising pages with about 50% of gifts committed before the public launch. Enabling donation tipping proved especially effective—roughly two-thirds of donors covered the fee—and the campaign raised $83,607 while boosting visibility and engagement through peer-driven online fundraising.
