Using CauseVox as an information hub and visual progress tracker, the team communicated “the why” well in advance, encouraged shareability, and used the platform’s manual-donation and text-to-give features to record in-person gifts. That strategy built confidence and momentum: they reached 75% of the goal in eight days and ultimately raised $28,000 in under 30 days—nearly double their target.
